Zainab is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is a skilled clinician that works with individual adult clients. She will help you to create a collaborative, empathic and therapeutic relationship that will allow you to feel at ease and comfortable to be yourself.
If you’re tired of feeling confused, hurt, hopeless or alone, Zainab will work with you to develop greater insight, increase your happiness and build the coping skills and tools to get you through the challenges you face.
Over the years, Zainab has developed expertise in supporting clients with various issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, chronic pain and other issues so that they can enhance their lives and get back on track.
Zainab’s personality is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, and she strives to create a safe space that encourages openness and a therapeutic relationship built around trust. She offers a positive approach to therapy and utilizes evidence based interventions to help her clients find joy and a greater purpose in life.
